Lekala 4511 in big bold black and white stripes

Trying to finish and review some of the stripes I have been working this month.I have started this project after the jumpsuit for Eva started to get a form and I was really in love with how black and white stripes directions looked on the center front.
I immediately thought of this beloved pattern and though it will be a perfect opportunity to create a new tee. I had a black and white version desire for 2 years or more when I made the last black and white version of this pattern and it was one of my favorite tees ever.
So here is Lekala 4511 again:
Getting some quick photos on the way to dinner. The photographer was hungry...
But we found later a small wass that matched my stripes and had to take some quick fhotos too even if the light was not ideal...

  2. Another beautiful version of this top. You have motivated me to try to buy this on Lekala website. I'm still figuring out how to do it and will get my body type figured out soon. I really like what you've done with this pattern.

  3. Absolutely stunning, I adore this.
I wonder if you could add a skirt to make a dramatic dress, like this? https://www.burdastyle.com/pattern_store/patterns/Wrap-Dress-042015?utm_source=BurdaStyle&utm_medium=bs&utm_campaign=bsttbl230315neartheseacollection-118 Either way, gorgeous!

    1. Thank you so much! You could definitely add the skirt to it for a dress! I just am a lot more comfortable in tops and pants so it is always a struggle to keep myself from sewing dresses because I love looking at and sewing dress but in the end I prefer wearing pants!
