Second Vogue 9238 in pure white crepe jersey

I have bought Vogue 9238 mostly because of the unusual design/

At 1st I made a really colorful outfit  with it. - see it here and got a strong 70s vide.  But I felt I can get a totally different look in a different fabric so I pulled all my all remnants white pieces from the top and cardigan I made earlier in the summer and tried an all white look.
For the first top I felt it a bit to tight over the shoulders so I lengthened that band a bit and skipped the side seam of the flounce adding more to it:
I 1st i wore it with back leather pants and black necklace and loved the look:

Then I considered trying it with the magenta pants from the same pattern and was not such a bad match either:

I made the V a bit deeper as well this time by stopping sewing a little earlier then the mark. I think it turned out quite nicely like this. And with the extra ease on the shoulders band I don't felt the need to get it under my arms at all. I also felt the seam allowances would look better under the front band so I hand stitched them under to stay like that. In the back I sewed the straps closer to the center.

    1. Yeah! It was a good idea to keep it all white! So easy to pair in the summer! Thank you Ellen!
