Butterflies dress - Vogue 8649

The flower power top went together so well that I had to do another one. I have this butterfly fabric in my stash for quite some time waiting to be a dress. I thought a dress will be the best way to put the fabric borders into value and I was right. It looks great as a dress. I made no changes to the pattern other then add some length and bend the grain line just a little to get the prints matching that I wanted for sleeves.

 I already wore it  and is quite comfortable and easy.

 I am also very proud of the print matching for the back seam. Is one of my best so far.
